By using HUMAN150 you agree to these terms. The app is operated by ORYVIONIC MICROSYSTEMS TECH SOLUTIONS LLP (“we”, “us”).
1. Educational use only
HUMAN150 is for general education. It is not medical advice and is not a diagnosis, treatment or substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Do not ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Estimates and calculators
BMI, healthy-weight ranges, water, energy and protein needs, lung function, lifespan and other figures are rough estimates built from population averages and published guidance. They can be wrong for an individual and do not predict anyone’s health or lifespan. The anatomy drawings are simplified illustrations.
3. Using the app
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or republish the app’s code, drawings, text or data, to attempt to disrupt it, or to use it unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, illustrations, text and the HUMAN150 name and logo belong to ORYVIONIC MICROSYSTEMS TECH SOLUTIONS LLP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party data (for example WHO growth references) remains the property of its owners and is used with acknowledgement.
5. Advanced tools day pass and donations
The core atlas is free. Advanced tools (skin tone, pregnancy and after-birth, lifestyle and lifespan estimate, BMI, water, calories and the growth chart) need a day pass of ₹10, valid until 11:59 PM India time on the day you pay. The pass is personal to the browser that bought it and may not be shared or resold. Donations are voluntary and unlock nothing. Payments are handled under our Refund Policy, processed by Razorpay and subject to its terms.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its estimates.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update the app and these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India with jurisdiction will decide any disputes.
